What SALUNOTE is

SALUNOTE is a wellness and lifestyle companion for adults who have already been prescribed a GLP-1 / GIP medication by their own doctor. It helps you keep simple habits — a diet and movement plan, your own logs, gentle reminders, and a summary you can share with your clinician.

What it is not

SALUNOTE is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It never tells you what to take, how much to take, or when to start, stop, or change a medication. Nothing in the app replaces your own doctor, pharmacist, or dietitian.

If you have a medical question, ask your own clinician. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and under the care of a clinician for the medication you are taking. The app is not intended for children, and it is not intended to help anyone obtain or start a medication.

Your responsibility

Everything the app shows you is built from what you type into it. You decide what to enter, what to follow, and what to ignore. Use your own judgement, and check anything that matters with your clinician — particularly if you have a health condition, a food allergy, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Where you tell the app to leave certain foods out, it will stop suggesting meals it has recorded as containing them. That is a filter on suggestions, not an assurance about any particular food or meal.

Your data

The app stores what you enter on your device only. It has no account and no server, so we never receive your data. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

The app is provided as it is

SALUNOTE is offered free of charge and as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, and content such as meal and movement ideas is general in nature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Hyrcan Bio Data Team is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

The app and these terms may change. Material changes will appear here, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
